Life Is Meant to Be Lived Fully – From the Inside Out

Her Inner Journey – Rooted Since Childhood

From a very young age, she was drawn to the quiet wisdom of Tai Chi, Yoga, and meditation. These weren’t simply practices for her—they were gateways to presence, peace, and deep self-awareness. Even as a child, she intuitively sought inner stillness, using movement and mindfulness as tools for grounding and growth.

Her lifelong fascination with personal development began early. She immersed herself in books, documentaries, and philosophical questions that most people only begin to explore much later in life. This deep curiosity became her compass, guiding her through every stage of her personal evolution.

Self-love became one of her most profound lessons. Through years of reflection, healing, and conscious work, she learned to embrace herself fully—from the inside out. Her journey is one of reclaiming power, nurturing inner balance, and returning home to her true essence.

Alongside her spiritual path, she also completed a professional training in moderation and communication. During this time, she created a heartfelt magazine centered on the pursuit of happiness. She interviewed people from all walks of life—including a blind man whose view on happiness left a lasting impression. Her research was both tender and transformative, revealing how deeply connected we all are through our desire to feel joy, purpose, and love.

Today, her work is a beautiful fusion of all these experiences. With grace, depth, and authenticity, she invites others to walk the path of inner awakening—and to discover the strength, peace, and beauty that have always lived within.

Since the age of 15, she has practiced annual therapeutic fasting following the Buchinger method—a ritual that has become a deep reset for her body, mind, and spirit. Over the years, she has gained profound insights into the body’s ability to regenerate, release, and realign through conscious nourishment and intentional stillness. Fasting, for her, is not just a physical detox, but a spiritual one—a sacred pause to return to clarity and strength.

Movement has always been a vital part of her life. She enjoys running, staying active, and feeling the energy flow through her body. Most recently, she completed a 10-kilometer run in Stuttgart.

Her sensitivity and desire to truly connect with others have always guided her. Driven by the wish to understand people beyond words, she once took a sign language course at a local community college—a meaningful step on her lifelong path of empathy, awareness, and deeper connection.

And so, her journey continues—ever unfolding, ever deepening, always led by the heart.

And because all of this has supported her so deeply throughout her life, she felt called to create a few meditations for you. If you ever feel like returning to yourself, breathing deeper, or simply finding stillness—you can find them here.
